One Stop Primary Care
FoundCare Health Center spans 11,411 square feet of space in the 29,000-square-foot building at 2330 South Congress Avenue. The facility also houses FoundCare administrative offices, as well as Comprehensive AIDS Program. The health center will work collaboratively with other community agencies to provide services such as mental health and substance abuse at the site for improved access for the patients.
