CAP Executive Team


    Yolette Bonnet, Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer

Yolette Bonnet has an MBA from DowlingCollege in NY, is a skilled administrator and advocate for healthcare services. Ms. Bonnet has 20 years of experience in leading healthcare teams and joined FoundCare in 2001 as one the organization’s founding members (FoundCare received its articles of incorporation in 2002).  Her leadership in administration at the Executive Management level helps to further the FQHC mission here in Palm BeachCounty as well as nationally from a model perspective.  She received a Community Health Leadership award from Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in 2007.  Ms. Bonnet is a leader for the Executive Women of The Palm Beaches, the Palm Beach Medical Society Service Board and sits on several healthcare alliance ‘think-tanks’ and committees throughout Palm Beach County.

 

 

 

     Dr. Rik Pavlescak, Chief Program Officer/Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Pavlescak joined Comprehensive AIDS Program (CAP) in 1989 as a volunteer. In 2003 he became a HIV Prevention Manager at CAP and then in 2007 was promoted to Chief Program Officer.   In April 2012, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer for CAP and FoundCare.  He has provided technical assistance, training, consultation and program evaluation to numerous government and non-profit programs for more than 20 years. He currently manages 26 different programs through sister agencies that reach 2000 people living with HIV/AIDS and more than 10,000 people annually with outreach and prevention services. Dr. Pavlescak has served on numerous planning groups and committees including the Florida HIV/AIDS Community Planning Group serving as the Chair of the Prevention Section, the local HIV/AIDS Community Planning Partnership serving as Chair and Co-Chair, and the Florida HIV Prevention Evaluation Consortium. Prior to coming to CAP, Dr. Pavlescak worked in the substance abuse field as an Ohio licensed Social Worker and Certified Prevention Consultant.
 

Marcia Howard, Chief Financial Officer
Marcia Howard is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and attended the University of the West Indies where she graduated with a honors degree in accounting and economics. In 1988 Mrs. Howard migrated to New York from Jamaica, West Indies where she worked at Mitchell Titus and Co., CPAs and later Buchbinder Tunick & Co., CPAs. It was there that her journey into nonprofit accounting began. In 1994 she was the Controller/ Director of Finance and Administration at a Long Island, New York nonprofit agency. She became directly involved in the management of the agency that served homeless, underprivileged individuals and worked with individuals with the HIV/AIDS virus. After seven years of service in the Long Island community, Mrs. Howard relocated with her family to Wellington, Florida. She worked at the Lighthouse for the Blind as the Chief Financial Officer until March 2006 when she joined the staff at Comprehensive AIDS Program as Chief Financial Officer.
