Funding:

Specific financial support will include: local, state and federal government sources, Medicaid, Medicare, sliding fee scale based on verified income, donations, other agency and foundation grants. In addition, private and corporate donations sought by FoundCare from individuals and foundations such as the Quantum Foundation, have enabled the health center to open its doors while awaiting Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status.

 

Fiscal viability will be accomplished through a combination of continuous and new grant funding, third party reimbursement, appropriate patient self-pay revenues, fundraising, in-kind and cash donations, and sound fiscal management. FoundCare Health Center will not deny services to any person based on age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, family status, religion, disability, or ability to pay for services.
