Learn.Know.Connect:
LEARN about HIV/AIDS. KNOW your status. CONNECT to medical care.
The Learn.Know.Connect program provides HIV prevention presentations to the community. Through this program CAP teaches the community not only how HIV is transmitted but how to prevent it.
The participants develop different HIV prevention strategies and learn proper condom use. Learn.Know.Connect conducts outreach activities and HIV testing in different venues around the county. Learn.Know.Connect offers the HIV 104 educational session.
HIV 104
The HIV 104 session is a four hour class that is designed to provide individuals with a basic understanding of the history, origin, immunology, transmission, testing, prevention, medical treatment, social, and legal issues relating to HIV and AIDS.
