Substance Abuse Services:
Through Outreach, Screening and Linkage to Substance Abuse Treatment, this program conducts street and community outreach with a focus on engaging high-risk individuals with a brief HIV risk assessment and substance abuse screening. The agency offers substance abuse evaluation and linkage to treatment services. The agency can pay for treatment services for eligible individuals.
The program is funded by the federal government through SAMHSA (Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration) and Ryan White CARE Act funds that are granted by the Palm Beach Board of County Commissioners.
