As businesses start to re-open, employers must be careful to implement social distancing standards for their staff in an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19 in our community. On top of monitoring temperatures and not allowing staff to come into work if they are ill, FoundCare has implemented these social distancing guidelines (as well as more in-depth measures for our health center) in order to safeguard our employees and our patients. These tips should become daily workplace habits as we work towards getting back to normal.
